Recently I have been on a vintage altering phase and it has led to some really interesting things to make. After thumbing through numerous magazines and books, I decided to create my own "vintage-inspired" notebook. I sewed the pages into the book and then sewed the outer cover and back to the pages. I used various fibers to basically circle the entire book. Using various alphabet looks and shapes I added the word: Thought. I used a Tim Holtz Secret Key and some K& Co. stickers and embellies. Love how the book turned out.

"Adore" Cricut 16"x20" Wall Art
Using my beloved Cricut, I used the heirloom cartridge and cut a tree, the chandelier, a bird and the word Adore. Using some Tim Holtz distressing paint (Linen) I painted a 16"x20" blank canvas and then used modge podge to attach the cut outs. Love how the contrast looks in my living room.

Marie Antoinette Inspired Vintage Love
I am a huge fan of Marie Antoinette, her fanciful lifestyle, love of candy and her love of fashion. Although, she eventually lost her head, the world will be forever changed because of her. I have started a line of Marie Antoinette inspired items. Enjoy...
