I believe that a favorite past time of mine is doing “crafty” swaps. Once again, on the Cricut Message board (MB) I hosted a swap where you choose a Christmas Jingle song and then create a 2- 12”x12” Scrapbook page Layouts of a specific chorus in the song. I forgot the name of my song, so I wrote down “In the Meadows You can build a snowman…” I went to print out the words in the song and realized that the song name was actually “Winter Wonderland.” I used Cricut’s “A Child’s Year” and “Christmas Cheer” carts and a Martha Stewart (MS) snowflake punch. For added depth I used some “crystal” stickles, bling, brads, ribbon and fibers, not to mention adhesives , foam and Cat’s Eye Chalk ink. I love how my pages turned out. There is something very tranquil with a blue and white color palet.

I have had a few questions regarding the round photo mat. I actually used a doily that I got in a pack of 40 at the local dollar store. I made sure I got the close linked doilys because they did have some that were wider.
